These Terms and Conditions govern use of the Dallie 3 Generator: AI Art mobile application (the "Application") provided by Igor Czupryniak ("Service Provider"). By installing or using the Application you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, please do not use the Application.

The Application is offered as an ad supported service. The Service Provider may update the Application, change functionality, or charge for certain services at any time. Before any fees are incurred you will be clearly informed and asked for consent.

License and restrictions

You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Application. Copying, modifying, translating, reverse engineering, or extracting source code from the Application is prohibited. All intellectual property rights remain the property of the Service Provider.

User responsibilities

To keep the Application secure and functioning properly, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your device and access credentials
• Avoid jailbreaking or rooting your device, which could compromise security and disrupt the Application
• Accept responsibility for any data charges incurred while using the Application
• Ensure the device remains sufficiently charged to access the Service

If you use the Application outside a Wi-Fi area, your mobile provider's terms will apply and you are responsible for any associated charges, including roaming.

Third-party services

The Application integrates third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions:

• Expo

The Service Provider is not responsible for the practices of these third parties. Review their policies to understand how your data is managed.

Availability and updates

The Service Provider strives to keep the Application accurate and up to date but relies on third parties for certain information. The Service Provider is not liable for any loss, direct or indirect, resulting from reliance on the Application. Updates may be released to improve functionality or maintain compatibility with operating systems. You agree to install updates when offered. The Service Provider may discontinue the Application at any time without prior notice.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Application. Use the Application at your own risk and ensure that it meets your needs before relying on it for critical tasks.
