The Application may collect the following information automatically when you use it:

• Your device Internet Protocol (IP) address
• Screens viewed in the app, including timestamps and session duration
• Time spent in the application overall
• The operating system installed on your mobile device

The Application does not collect precise location data. The Service Provider may contact you using the information you supply in order to deliver updates, critical notices, or promotional content. If prompted, personally identifiable information such as email, name, or profile picture will be stored and processed as described in this policy.

Third party access

Aggregated, anonymized data may be shared with external services to help improve the Application. These third parties have their own privacy policies:

• AdMob
• Expo

The Service Provider may also disclose information in the following cases:

• When required to do so by law, subpoena, or similar legal process
• When disclosure is necessary to protect your safety, the safety of others, or the rights of the Service Provider
• With trusted service providers who process data on the Service Provider's behalf under confidentiality obligations

Opt-out rights

You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application using the standard uninstall process available on your device or app marketplace.

Data retention

The Service Provider retains user provided data for as long as you maintain an account and for a reasonable time thereafter. To request deletion of data submitted through the Application, email contact@dalliegenerator.app.

Children

The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you become aware that a child has provided personal information, contact the Service Provider so the data can be removed.

Security

The Service Provider implements physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards designed to protect the information processed and maintained by the Application. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of the revised policy, so review this page periodically.
